Producing all types of fertilizer into granulator using different type
fertilizer production line and different type fertilizer manufacturing technology.In recent,we designed a new production line which it can produce fertilizer granulator around 3-5 tons per day. Simplify to introduce this new type production line.
In the line,it is equipped with different type and series fertilizer equipment to produce the organic fertilzer granulator.The main products mainly included fertilizer screener machine,horizontal mixer machine,
fertilizer granulator machine and so on.
Before producing granulator,we are fist to ferment the raw materials using the fermentation compost turner machine,then using fertilizer mixer machine,fertilizer crusher machine to deal with the raw materials.
In this line,it is to be equipped with the horizontal mixer machine,this type fertilizer mixer machine to be suitable for large scal production.Then it is equipped with the chain crusher machine to grind the big and hard raw materials.The fertilizer granulator machine is to be equipped with the
new type organic fertilzer granulator machine,which this type granulator machine is a new designed machine for producing organic fertilizer granulator.Other type fertilizer machine are also to be equipped ,like the drum dryer machine,cooler machine and screener machine and so on.
