In the line,it is equipped with the fermentation compost turner machine to be used to ferment the raw materials,which it is mainly uses the fermentating technology to kill the bacterials of the raw materials.Then using the fertilizer mixer machine,fertilizer crusher machine to deal wit the raw materials.And then put them into the fertilizer granulator machine to make into granulator.When granulating process,the fertilizer granulator machine is the factor equipment to produce granulator.Because different type and series granulator machine are designed and to be used in different type fertilizer manufacturing process.
The application of the bioorganic fertilizer granulator:
Firstly,bioorganic fertilizer should not be applied too deep into the soil layer.Because bioorganic fertilizer depends on its active bacteria,its activity can only be realized under certain conditions of temperature,humidity,permeability and organic matter,so too deep application will affect the activity of bio bacteria.Bio organic fertilizer should be applied 10-15cm below the surface.
Secondly,the proportion of bio organic fertilizer and other kinds of fertilizer including manure(raw chicken manure etc.)should be reasonable.The principle of applying fertilizer to vegatables is that biological fertilizer should be of high quality,organic fertilizer should be mature,and chemical fertilizer should have all elements.In the specific application,we should pay attention to the salt content of raw chicken manure,and the ratio of N,P,K of compound fertilizer is various.According to the types of vegetables and soil conditions,we should be first calculate,then mix ad then apply.
