Chain crusher to solve problems of fertilizer caking and granulation

In view of the chemical industry, organic solid waste and other problems, we developed an organic fertilizer machine - chain crusher, which can crush large pieces of material or agglomerate compound fertilizer in fertilizer production. Chain crusher uses the working principle of cutting, tearing and extruding between cutting tools to process materials. It can be widely used in compound fertilizer production, organic solid waste and chemical raw material treatment.
1. The main components of chain crusher are: motor, reducer, cutter shaft, crusher, cutter box, electric control and rack. The overall structure is compact, small, easy to operate and low energy consumption.
2. The frame of crusher is welded by steel plate, the equipment structure is firm and the anti vibration effect is good. After being crushed, NPK fertilizer meets the granulation requirements of roller press granulator.
3. The integrated cutter shaft ensures high mechanical strength and machining accuracy, prolongs the service life of the equipment and saves the maintenance cost.
4. The main shaft is made of special material. After many times of heat treatment and high precision processing, it has good mechanical strength, strong anti fatigue and impact resistance, and long service life.
5. The high speed of the motor is reduced to the low speed of the cutter shaft through the reducer. The low speed chain crusher has the characteristics of high torque, energy saving, low noise and low dust.
