When producing the compound fertilizer,the npk,compound fertilizer production line to be designed and used to produce the compound fertilizer.In the fertilizer manufacturing process,it is equipped with different type and series fertilizer equipment to finish the production process.
Among the compound fertilizer equipments,granulator is the most important one.Because after a whole compound fertilizer production line is put into production,the level of yield affects the production cost,and the main factor determining the level of yield lies in the granulation process.
1.Granulation process and equipment characteristics of compound fertilizer equipment
Conventional production methods of granular fertilizer:conventional production methods of granular fertilizer are divided into extrusion method and aggregate method.The ring die granulator,flat die granulator and roller press granulator are used in extrusion granulation.During the granulation process,the ring die granulator machine and template are severely worn,with short service life,high equipment maintenance cost and large power consumption.Moreove,the extruded particles are cylindrical or flat die granulator machine,with poor fluidity,so they are not suitable for mechanized fertilization.The pelletilizer and drum granulator are used for pelletilizing.They are used to crush the dried organic raw materials and chemical fertilizer into fine powder,and then use the disc granulator or rotary drum granulator to roll the materials into granules.  After granulating process,using the drum dryer machine,cooler machine to dry and cool the granulator.Sometimes,if we make the coating compound fertilizer granulator,the coating machine to be also equipped in the line.Using the fertilizer screener machine to separate the quality fertilizer granulator and them put them into the fertilizer coating machine to be coated.Finally,using the automatic packing machine to be packed the granulator.
Using the machine to produce the organic or compound fertilizer not only improve the working efficient,it also improve the usage rate of the raw materials.
