In the organic fertilizer manufacturing process, we should select different organic fertilizer machine according to the production status of customers. Mixing machine is a part of fertilizer production process. What are the advantages of horizontal mixer and double shaft mixer?
Double Shaft Mixer
The double shaft mixer makes use of the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to transport dry ash and other powdery materials and mix with water at the same time, so as to make the dry ash powder materials evenly humidified, so as to prevent the humidified materials from discharging dry ash and water droplets, and facilitate the loading and transportation of humidified ash or transfer the humidified ash to other conveying equipment. The horizontal mixer can mix raw materials sufficiently and improve the mixing uniformity, which is suitable for the granulation process of roller press granulator.
The double shaft mixer is mainly composed of shell, screw shaft assembly, driving device, piping, cover, chain cover and other parts. The shell is mainly composed of plate and section steel, which is welded in the manufacturing plant and assembled with other parts. The enclosure is tightly sealed and there is no fly ash rising and leakage.
Horizontal Mixer
The horizontal mixer is not affected by particle size and density. It has a good effect on viscous substances. The stable mixing process reduces the damage to fragile materials, and the flying knife structure also plays a role in crushing. The horizontal structure reduces the fuselage height and is easy to install. The forward and reverse rotating screws are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low power and efficient hybrid environment.
