Maintenance of bucket elevator for organic fertilizer equipment

In the organic fertilizer machine, the conveying equipment provides the connection for the mechanized production of the whole fertilizer production line. Bucket elevator is a kind of equipment commonly used for fertilizer transportation. How to maintain it?
1. When the bucket elevator is running, ensure that the materials are in the middle of the barrel. If it is found that there is a deviation phenomenon and the bucket belt is loose, which causes friction between the bucket and the barrel, the screw of the tensioning device should be adjusted in time to make it run normally.
2. The bucket elevator must be started with no load, the feeding must be uniform, and the discharge pipe must be smooth, so as to avoid blockage caused by excessive feeding or poor discharge. In case of blockage, stop the machine immediately and insert the plug-in board. Then start the machine and feed.
3. During normal operation, it is strictly forbidden to open the upper cover of the hoist head or pull out the socket door.
4. Whether it is a roller press granulator, a drum granulator, or a conveying equipment, the machine must be unloaded before the machine can be shut down or the upgraded material can be changed.
5. Residues in the hoist pit should be removed in time.
6. The bearings should be lubricated and cleaned regularly.
7. Check the bucket and fasteners regularly. If they are found to be loose, fall off or damaged, they should be tightened or replaced in time to avoid major accidents.
8. When the machine is shut down for a long time, open the discharge gate, clear the material in the machine, and then close the gate.
9. Before using the gearbox, it is necessary to check whether there is any oil in the gearbox. After the initial operation of 100h, the new oil should be replaced every 1000h, with a long time interval of one year.
