Organic fertilizer double die granulation method, as the name suggests, is a method of granulation of organic fertilizer raw materials by using double die structure. The core of this technology is to apply continuous and strong extrusion and shear forces to the material through the synergistic effect of the double mold, so that the physical granulation pressure between the material particles can be significantly strengthened, so as to achieve efficient granulation.
Specific working principle
1、Raw material pretreatment: First of all, the organic fertilizer raw materials are pre-treated, including crushing, mixing, adjusting humidity and other steps to ensure the uniformity and suitability of raw materials.
2、Double mold extrusion: The pre-treated raw materials are fed into the feed port of the organic fertilizer double die granulator. Inside the machine, the raw material is subjected to the intense extrusion and shearing action of the double die. The design of the double die enables the material to obtain continuous and high-speed rolling and shearing in the granulation area, and promotes the physical granulation pressure between the powder particles to be significantly enhanced.
3、Particle molding: Under the synergistic action of the double die, the raw material is gradually molded into a uniform granular shape. In this process, the intermolecular force and electrostatic power of the material are fully utilized, so that the particles are closely bonded to form a stable particle structure.
4、Particle collection and follow-up treatment: The formed particles are discharged from the die, and after collection, drying（Rotary Dryer）, screening and other follow-up treatment processes, the organic fertilizer products that meet the requirements are finally obtained.
