Raw material fermentation process for making organic fertilizer from chicken manure

So how to operate the organic fertilizer production line to produce fertilizer? Here is an introduction to the organic fertilizer fermentation process

1. Preparation: Weigh the livestock and poultry manure (water content of about 70%) to be processed; prepare BM inoculants.

2. Production process:

(1) Mix the livestock and poultry manure and the BM strain at a weight ratio of 1:10000, and then stir for 2-3 times.

(2) The moisture content of the stirred fermented product should be controlled at 55%-60% to achieve the effect of holding it into a dough and loosening it.

(3) Stack the stirred fermented product on the flat ground with a height of not less than 1m and a width of not less than 1.5m. The length is not limited.

(4) Fermentation for 24-48 hours, the temperature can be over 55℃, as high as 70℃, and the deodorizing effect can be achieved in three days.

(5) After stacking and fermenting for 10-15 days, it will reach the pollution-free and organic fertilizer standard, which can be used as base fertilizer and special fertilizer.
