The screw conveyor is a product designed and manufactured by our company, which combines the experience of all kinds of screw conveyor at home and abroad.The product can meet the transportation of various materials and be matched with all kinds of mixing machines.

This product is not only suitable for transporting raw materials in chemical fertilizer industry, but also suitable for conveying cement, lime, fly ash, metallurgy, chemical, mechanical, light industry, building materials, food, grain storage and other materials such as pulverized coal, ore powder, urea and compound fertilizer, for transporting concrete, lime, fly ash, and other industries in the construction machinery industry. Screw conveyor mainly includes screw, machine slot, hanger, feed and discharge port, transmission device and so on. It is used for conveying powder or small pieces of material.
 

The machine trough adopts steel pipe conveying cylinder, which has large rigidity, good sealing performance, no leakage, and improvement of working environment.

The motor is directly connected with colloidal-pin wheel reducer, with large power, low noise, compact structure and reliable transmission. The machine can be installed horizontally or inclined, with small area covering, convenient installation and operation.

1. The helix conveyor is a non-foundation type. It is a deceleration motor device and a shell tube. The spiral assembly is connected in turn. It is combined into a complete set of equipment. It is very convenient to move and disassemble.

2. The screw assembly and the shaft end are linked by spline, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and has large load capacity, good butt joint, safety and reliability.

3. Sealing performance is good, the shell is produced and seamless steel pipe is made, each end is connected through flange, the whole machine has no dust leakage, neither waste material, so as to create a good working environment to reach the requirements of environmental protection.

4. Small volume, high speed, variable pitch, ensure fast and uniform delivery.

5. Inlet can make the desired angles of inclination according to the working situation, and can use flange connection, cloth bag connection and universal joint flange connection, users can choose according to the customers' needs.
