This series of horizontal mixer is a new kind of mixing equipment which made by our company. The machine has the advantages of high mixing degree and little residue, that it is suitable for blending the organic fertilizer raw materials and NPK compound fertilizer raw materials.
1. The material is fully mixed so as to improve the mixing uniformity.
2. Using the new rotor structure, the minimum clearance between the rotor and the housing can be adjusted to zero, which effectively reduces the residual amount of the material.
3. The special rotor design of the machine can also break up the larger materials, the overall structure is more reasonable, the machine appearance is beautiful, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
This machine can be divided into three parts:
1. Rack part: All the work parts of this machine is mounted and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded by carbon steel plate and channel steel, and pass strict product certification and specific process requirements to achieve the using purpose of the mixer machine.
2. Transmission connecting part:The motor drives the belt pulley, the triangle belt and the gear reducer to drive the main shaft, so that the main shaft rotates.The driving reducer and the main work part of the mixer are all provided with nylon shaft pins, so that the assembly and the maintenance can be easily carried out;
3. Mixing work part: With the rotating of the main shaft, the special screw mixing blade that welded on the main shaft synchronously rotated, then the material in the mixing chamber rolling-over evenly, so that the material can be fully mixed, thereby also reducing the amount of residual material. After mixing for some time, the material will flow out of the discharge port at the lower part of the body.
