Rotary screening machine is common equipment used in the production of fertilizer, which is mainly used for the separation of finished products and reclaimed materials, and can also realize the classification of products, so that the finished products can be evenly classified accoeding to the desired size. The machine adopts a combined screen which is easy maintenance and replacement. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and smooth operation. It is ideal equipment for the production of NPK compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer.

This machine can be divided into three parts:
1. Rack part: The machine frame is welded by high carbon steel plate and channel steel, and pass strict product certification and specific technical requirements, it has reached the purpose of use of the machine.
2. Transmission and screening part: This part uses a combined screen mesh, which is transmitted through a coupling to the main shaft by a transmission wheel, which is installed and welded on the roller cage of the main shaft. The materials enter from the feed end, and the roll cage is continuously turned and graded, and the outlet is outflow evenly from the bottom, which effectively separates the finished product from the raw materials, thus improving the working efficiency.
3. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, the triangle belt and the reducer to make the spindle rotating. In which the drive reducer and the main working part of the main engine are driven by the axle pin couple, it is convenient to assemble and maintain.
