In the NPK compound fertilizer production, fuel gas steam boiler has been widely applied. in the granulation part of NPK fertilizer, it provides the necessary and high humidity environment for the granulation machine, which plays the important role of balls formation, as well as the uniform distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the finished products. The combustion chamber of the boiler is reasonable in design and fully adapted to many kinds of fuels such as city gas, natural gas, light diesel oil and heavy oil. The control system adopts the joint control mode of mechatronics control equipment and programmable logic controller(PLC), and supports international famous brand combustors such as BALTUR, RIELLO, OILON, and WEISHAUPT.
