How to reduce the noise of dryer in organic fertilizer production
When some fertilizer manufacturers use organic fertilizer machines, they find that the dryer will produce strong vibration and noise after using for a period of time, which is harmful to the operators and the surrounding environment. As a professional organic fertilizer machine manufacturer, taking rotary dryer as an example, this paper introduces several effective methods to reduce noise.
1. Add sound insulation cover. The whole rotary dryer is sealed with steel frame, steel sheet as shell, damping layer and superfine glass wool or other sound absorption materials. Due to the large amount of heat generated during the operation of the rotary dryer, it is necessary to pay attention to the problems of heat dissipation in the cover and the convenience of equipment maintenance.
2. Using rubber liner instead of manganese steel liner, the noise level can be greatly reduced, and the frequency spectrum characteristics also change from high frequency to low frequency.
3. Set up an elastic layer. Place a heat-resistant soft rubber mat between the inner surface of the drum of the tumble dryer and the liner. In order to prevent the soft rubber mat from overheating, place a thickness of 10-15mm between the liner of the dryer and the soft rubber mat. Industrial felt can reduce the noise of the tumble dryer below the standard.
4. Pack the sound insulation layer on the drum wall. A layer of 50mm thick industrial felt is wrapped on the drum wall of the tumble dryer, and a 1.smm thick steel plate is used as the protective surface. The bolt is fixed on the outer wall of the drum. The actual sound insulation value is about 12dB(A). If the two ends of the drum are also treated in the same way, the joints of the drum wall wrapping are well sealed, and the sound insulation effect may be improved.
5.Design sound insulation room. When conditions permit, transform the tumble dryer room into a special sound insulation room. The effect will be better than that of the sound insulation cover. However, attention must be paid to solving the problems of monitoring, indoor heat dissipation and maintenance during the operation of the tumble dryer.
